Megan reached out to me looking for a refreshed visual identity that better reflected the professionalism and credibility of her business. Her existing logo no longer captured the range of services she provides, spanning virtual assistant training, business support and coaching. The challenge was to design a modern, versatile logo that not only aligned with her brand values but could also adapt seamlessly across web and social media.

To understand her audience and design direction, I created a Google Form survey. It gathered feedback on perceptions of her current logo, brand values, visual preferences such as colour associations and styles, as well as desired qualities such as trust, professionalism or approachability. The responses revealed how her business was perceived, highlighted improvement opportunities and shaped design choices that better connected with her clients and community.

The solution resulted in a clean, modern logo for The Business Matchmaker with an elegant wordmark and a custom puzzle illustration that ties in connection. I designed a few variations, including full length, stacked and favicon so it works everywhere from business cards to websites and social media and feels professional yet approachable, matching Megan's goal of helping entrepreneurs with VAs and operations.
